# Coconut Plantation 1190-1 Kapolei, Hawaii, United States (general area) ## About the house The 2,146-square-foot townhome has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and three lanais. It was repainted and newly carpeted in April 2024. The open-plan living area has coastal-inspired furnishings, tropical artwork and access to a covered lanai opening onto landscaped gardens. A formal dining table and breakfast bar provide dining space; the dining area includes artwork by Leohone Magno and reupholstered seating. The remodeled kitchen includes quartz countertops and an island, a farmhouse sink, LG appliances, an electric cooktop with built-in air fryer, an over-the-range microwave, a French door refrigerator and a Bosch dishwasher. Kitchenware, a coffee maker, toaster, oven, freezer, ice machine, blender and rice cooker are provided; BBQ facilities are also available. The primary bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, TV, private lanai and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. Guest Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, ceiling fan and access to a full hall bathroom. Guest Bedroom 2 has twin beds convertible to a king on request and an adjacent full bathroom. In-unit facilities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, washer and dryer, linens, beach accessories and beach towels. Television with satellite or cable service, a private entrance and a smoke detector are provided. Community facilities include two shared pools, hot tubs, walking and biking paths, a fitness center and a golf course. Guests have access to Ko Olina’s four beach lagoons and the nearby marina. The golf course, lagoons, Monkeypod Kitchen and boutique shopping are within walking reach; Kapolei shopping, dining and entertainment are a short drive away. Monthly rentals only, with a 29-night minimum. A fixed monthly charge applies regardless of nights stayed. Electricity usage has a $500/month cap; guests are responsible for overage. Children are welcome. Smoking and vaping are prohibited everywhere on the property. Commercial vehicles may not park overnight. An exterior painting notice identifies July 20–29, 2026, with community work also scheduled on select dates in 2026–2027, weather permitting. Work takes place Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and includes pressure washing, painting and ladders near windows, lanais and balconies.
