The house

Coconut Plantation 1150-2 has an open-plan living and dining area with large windows, sliding doors and golf course views. A private covered lanai overlooks the fairway and tropical landscaping. The kitchen has generous counter space, bar seating, cookware, everyday essentials, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and blender. A BBQ is also available.

The ground-floor primary bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Two upstairs guest bedrooms each have a queen bed. All three bedrooms have mountain and golf views, central air conditioning, ceiling fans and space for a crib or Pack and Play. The primary bedroom and Guest Bedroom 3 also have a balcony or deck. A second full guest bathroom serves the home.

The home includes central air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, an Ethernet connection, a washer and dryer, linens, beach towels and beach chairs. Entertainment includes a smart TV and satellite or cable television. Two assigned parking spaces accommodate standard or compact vehicles.

Guests have access to community pools, hot tubs and landscaped walking paths. A fitness room and pickleball and tennis court are also available. Ko Olina’s four protected lagoons, Ko Olina Station & Center cafés and shops, shoreline pathways and marina are within walking reach. Paradise Cove Luau, Kapolei shopping and dining, hiking trails and west-side beaches are a short drive away.

Stays require a minimum of 29 nights. Children are welcome, and longer stays are allowed. Self check-in and check-out are available.
