The house

The residence has 1,834 square feet of interior space, an open-plan living and dining area, and a private lanai reached through sliding doors. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and full-size stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Additional kitchen equipment includes a coffee maker, stove, toaster, freezer, ice machine, blender, rice cooker, dishes and utensils; a BBQ is also available.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, a TV, a ceiling fan, private lanai access and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, large soaking tub and double sinks. Guest Bedroom 1 has a king bed, and Guest Bedroom 2 has a queen bed; both have TVs, ceiling fans, lanai access and shared bathroom access. The additional bathrooms are on the ground floor and second floor.

Central air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, linens, an iron, beach towels, hot water, a private entrance and satellite or cable television are provided. A starter kit includes shampoo, dish soap and paper products. A smoke detector is provided.

Guests have access to Coconut Plantation’s shared pool and hot tub. Ko Olina Resort has scenic walking paths, beach access, shopping, dining, golf and water-based recreation. Ko Olina’s lagoons, local boutiques and dining options are within walking distance; Ko Olina Golf Club and Monkeypod Kitchen are a short drive away. A car is recommended.
