House rules
Minimum stay: 29 nights. The monthly rate applies in full regardless of the number of nights stayed. Electricity usage cap: $500 per month; guests are responsible for overage. No grilling on the lanai per Oahu Fire Code; use the community barbecues. Smoking is prohibited throughout the home and community areas. Children are welcome.
Getting there
The townhouse is upstairs. Ko Olina Lagoons and coastal paths are within walking distance. A car is recommended. Parking is limited to one assigned stall for a standard or compact vehicle; oversized vehicles and street parking are not permitted.
