House rules
Monthly rental with a minimum 29-night rental period; the full monthly rate applies regardless of nights used. Electricity usage is capped at 500/month, with overage the guest's responsibility. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property, including lanais and shared areas. Children are welcome.
Getting there
All bedrooms are upstairs in this two-story home. Ko Olina Lagoons and the shops and restaurants at Ko Olina Station and Center are within walking distance. Kapolei shopping and entertainment are a short drive away. A car is recommended. Parking is limited to one assigned stall for a standard or compact vehicle; oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated.
