The house

The open-plan main floor has a sectional seating area, group dining table and kitchen with bar seating. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, utensils, blender, kettle, toaster, toaster oven and two coffee makers. A covered rear lanai has outdoor dining beside the greenway, with a path leading toward the community pool.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, central air conditioning, ceiling fan, an ensuite with a soaking tub and glass shower, and its own lanai with partial ocean, mountain and golf-course views. Guest Bedroom 2 has a queen bed; Guest Bedroom 3 has one bunk-bed unit. Both guest bedrooms have central air conditioning and ceiling fans, with access to the shared guest bathroom and downstairs powder room. All three bedrooms have space for a crib or pack-and-play.

Shared community facilities include a pool, hot tub, fitness room and grills near the pool. Beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, an umbrella, cooler and a lagoon cart are provided; additional beach equipment rentals are available for a charge. The home also has Wi-Fi, Ethernet, a washer and dryer, smart television with satellite or cable service, toys and a printer/scanner/fax.

The four protected Ko Olina lagoons are nearby, with Ko Olina Golf Club and the marina within the resort. Kapolei provides groceries and errands on the drive in. Children are welcome. Cribs and pack-and-plays can be rented through the Gather concierge. Three exterior security cameras cover the entry, garage and lanai; some owner closets remain locked and labeled.
