The house

The 1,715-square-foot townhome has an open-plan living and dining area with a sectional sofa, television, ceiling fan and natural light. Private lanais provide space for outdoor dining and lounging. The remodeled, fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender and rice cooker.

The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower and dual sinks. The upstairs second bedroom has access to a full bathroom, while the third bedroom has an adjacent full bathroom on the first floor.

The home includes air conditioning, ceiling fans, high-speed Wi-Fi, televisions with satellite or cable service, a private entrance, linens, an iron, beach towels and beach chairs. A laundry room contains a full-size washer and dryer. Compact-vehicle parking is available in a two-car garage, with two assigned parking stalls.

Guests have access to shared Coconut Plantation pools, hot tubs and outdoor barbecue grills. Lagoon Beaches, coastal pathways, the Four Seasons Resort and Spa, Disney’s Aulani Resort, and dining and shops at Ko Olina Station are within walking distance. Golf courses, local markets and cultural attractions are a short drive away.

Monthly rentals require a minimum stay of 29 nights. Children are welcome.
