The house

The townhome has four bedrooms across two floors, with two upstairs and two downstairs. The open living and dining area includes a sectional sofa, Smart TV and dining table, with sliding doors opening onto a private lanai. Multiple private lanais provide outdoor dining and relaxation space.

The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry and an island with bar seating. Equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, ice machine, wine fridge, dishes and utensils. A washer, dryer, linens, iron, beach towels, private entrance and garage are available.

The upstairs primary suite has a king bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan and lanai access. Its ensuite bathroom has a soaking tub, walk-in shower, dual vanities and bidet. The second upstairs bedroom has an oversized queen bed, garden views and a ceiling fan, with a full bathroom nearby. A ground-floor queen bedroom and full bathroom have step-free access. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds. The two other full bathrooms have tub/shower combinations.

Shared community facilities include two lagoon-style pools, several hot tubs, BBQ and picnic areas, landscaped grounds and walking paths. Ko Olina Lagoon Beaches are a short walk away, as are Four Seasons and Disney’s Aulani Resort. Ko Olina Golf Club and Paradise Cove Luau are nearby. Kapolei’s shops and restaurants are a short drive away; Honolulu and Daniel K. Inouye International Airport are roughly forty minutes east.

Stays have a 29-night minimum. Two assigned parking stalls accommodate standard or compact vehicles only. Electricity is capped at $500 per month, with overages billed to guests. Smoking is prohibited indoors and throughout the property.
