House rules
Monthly rentals only, with a 29-night minimum and no prorated stays. Electricity usage is capped at $500/month; overages are billed to the guest. Smoking and vaping of any kind are prohibited inside the townhome, on lanais and in community spaces. Violations may result in fines or eviction.
Getting there
All three bedrooms are upstairs in this two-story townhome. A car is recommended. Walk to Ko Olina Station for groceries, coffee, boutiques and restaurants, or stroll the Lagoon Path. One assigned compact/standard parking space is provided, with driveway parking allowed for one vehicle; oversized vehicles may be turned away.
