This 1,548-square-foot townhome has three upstairs bedrooms and three bathrooms. Open-plan living and dining areas include upholstered seating, a dining table for six and sliding doors opening onto private, garden-view lanais. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and bar seating, with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, rice cooker, ice machine and wine fridge. BBQ equipment is also included among the amenities.

The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, a ceiling fan, television and private lanai. The second bedroom has a television and ceiling fan, and the third bedroom has a television. A common area provides additional sleeping space.

Central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, an iron, hot water, a private entrance and a smoke detector are provided. Coconut Plantation has two shared pools and shared hot tubs, steps from the townhome. Ko Olina Station’s shops, groceries, cafés and restaurants are within walking distance. The wider resort includes four lagoons, a golf course and a marina offering sailing, snorkeling and water sports.

Monthly rentals only, with a 29-night minimum and no prorated stays. Electricity usage is capped at $500/month; overages are billed to the guest. Smoking and vaping of any kind are prohibited inside the townhome, on lanais and in community spaces. Violations may result in fines or eviction.
