Smoking, parties and events are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Groups of young people aged 18 or under are not accepted. Bed linen and towels are not provided as standard. Optional services per reservation: kitchen towels 2,00 €; towel set with one small and one large towel 7,00 €; linen for one double bed 18,00 €; linen for one single bed 14,00 €; bath mat 3,00 €; end-of-stay cleaning 90,00 €. Ordered linen is supplied on arrival for the entire stay without replacement; cleaning during the stay is not offered. Mandatory hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the reservation. Optional cancellation insurance: 5.5% of the reservation, with supporting documentation required. Refundable security deposit: 800,00 € per reservation, by card pre-authorisation with the final payment. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to arrange arrival time and key handover. Arrival is daily from 16:00 to 20:00; departure is before 10:00. Arrival and departure times can be arranged flexibly in low season. Wi-Fi, heating, high chair, travel cot and personalized arrival/departure are included. Cancellation is free up to 29 days before arrival, costs 50% of rent from 28 to 16 days before, and 100% from 15 days before, at arrival or for a no-show.
Getting there
Plage du Prieuré is 400 m away and Plage de l’Écluse is 2 km away. The apartment is on the first floor of a small house, with the second bedroom upstairs, and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. There is no private parking; free street parking is subject to availability. La Cabane du Prieuré is 500 m away, Hyper Intermarché 3 km, Dinard–Pleurtuit–Saint-Malo airport 5 km, Saint-Malo and its Grand Aquarium 7 km, Dinard Golf 8 km, and Saint-Malo station and Île du Perron 9 km. The description gives Dinard centre, Restaurant Petit Bleu and Lidl as 2 km away, while the distance table gives 1.5 km. Pointe du Décollé is 7 km in the description but 7 m in the table; confirm these conflicting distances.
