Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Pets and groups of young people aged up to 18 are not accepted. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to arrange key handover and communicate your arrival time. Arrival is between 16:00 and 20:00 daily; departure is before 10:00. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by prior agreement. A mandatory hoomy concierge service fee is 10% of the reservation. A refundable deposit of 800,00 € per reservation is secured by card pre-authorisation with the final payment. Optional services per reservation: kitchen towels 2,00 €; towel set containing one small and one large towel 7,00 €; linen for one double bed 18,00 €; linen for one single bed 14,00 €; end-of-stay cleaning 56,00 €; bath mat 3,00 €. Optional cancellation insurance costs 5.5% of the reservation and requires supporting documentation. Bed linen and towels are not provided as standard. Ordered linen is supplied on arrival for the entire stay without replacement; cleaning during the stay is not offered. Use a dedicated charging station rather than domestic sockets for electric vehicles. Personalized arrival and departure services are included. The cancellation schedule states free cancellation through 29 days before arrival, 50% of rent at 28–16 days and 100% from 15 days or for a no-show; the page also labels a non-refundable option, so confirm the selected rate’s terms. Insurance covers specified cancellations, unused days following late arrival and interrupted stays.

Plage de la Cale de Beg Meil is 400 m away. The courtyard is shared with another apartment. The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. There is no dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket; domestic sockets must not be used to charge vehicles.
