## About the house

The condo accommodates up to six guests and has two bedrooms with attached bathrooms, furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony with seating and elevator access. A Pack 'n Play, Amazon Echo, smart TVs without live channels, board games, ceiling fans, a dryer, coffee makers, cookware, a wagon, cooler, drink growler and pickleball equipment are provided. The community has six pickleball courts and rooftop decks with seating and BBQ facilities. Recreation equipment, golf carts and cabanas can be rented on-site. A carbon monoxide detector, private entrance, BBQ utensils and grill brush are provided. Sky Deck facilities include an outdoor fireplace. Resort events rotate and may include rooftop yoga, children’s crafts, food-truck nights and dive-in movies. Local discounts include Crush Golf + Grill, Jellystone Park, Tuacahn Amphitheatre, Pizza Factory, Café Sabor, ATV and bike rentals and children’s activities; codes arrive within 48 hours of booking. Concierge assistance can arrange golf tee times, private chefs and in-home massages.

Guests have access to two resort pools and three hot tubs heated year-round, plus a naturally heated 2.5-acre lagoon with sandy beaches for swimming, kayaking and paddleboarding. Rooftop hot tubs are available at the Promenade and Surf buildings; the Sand rooftop has no hot tub. Sky Deck hours are 10:00–22:00. Pool key cards and wristbands are required for access.

The condo is on the third floor with elevator access. Only the Promenade rooftop deck has elevator access; the Sand and Surf rooftop decks require stairs. Ongoing construction is nearby in Desert Color. Use only designated, completed roads and pathways and avoid active construction areas. Zion National Park is 54 miles away, Tuacahn Amphitheatre 15, STG Airport 10, Crush Golf + Grill 1, Sand Hollow 20, Sun River Golf Club 3 and Jellystone Adventure Park 22.
