House rules
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, and proof of age is required. Pets are not permitted. Outdoor music is prohibited; indoor music must not be audible outdoors or at the property line. Daytime conversation and other people noise must remain measured and reasonable; daytime is 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. The utility deposit is $500 for 28 nights, with $125 added for each additional week. A two-night minimum stay applies.
Getting there
Amenities, hiking and public transportation are within walking distance. The community pool is 50 steps from the condo.
