## About the house

The condo is in a five-acre mid-century modern community with mountain views and palm trees. Originally a resort hotel built in 1955, the community converted to private ownership in the mid-1970s. The renovated interior combines vintage mid-century and retro furnishings with a smart TV and a Bose Bluetooth stereo. A remodeled, fully equipped kitchen opens through a large sliding glass door to a patio with a barbecue. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, linens and a large closet. A washer and dryer are available. The condo was featured in Atomic Ranch Magazine in Spring 2022 and Modernism Week in 2025.
