The maximum occupancy is 4 people, and visitors may not exceed the unit's maximum capacity. Only guests included in the reservation may access the condominium; visitors require advance communication and authorization. Overnight stays by unregistered people are not permitted. Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted; cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors is prohibited. Pets and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are 22:00–09:00; loud sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Do not hang rugs, towels, clothes, or objects on windows, balconies, or exterior areas. Do not flush toilet paper. Guests are responsible for fines or damage. Identification documents are requested for all guests after confirmation.
