The house

The approximately 2,000-square-foot home has a double-height living room with a wood-burning fireplace and double-stacked windows. Sliding doors open to a large uncovered deck with a gas barbecue, outdoor dining furniture and lounge chairs. Mature landscaping and lawn surround the house, which contains original artwork dating from the 1980s to the mid-2000s by an artist who lived in Greece.

An open kitchen and dining room connect to a den and enclosed sunroom. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, silverware and cookware. The main floor contains the king bedroom with an ensuite shower bathroom and generous closets, a separate half bathroom and a laundry room. Upstairs are two guest bedrooms, an additional sleeping loft and a full shower bathroom.

Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, parking, a washer and dryer are available. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and an iron with ironing board are provided. The outdoor heated gunite pool is private and fenced. Golf and beaches are nearby, and restaurants and local bars are minutes away.

The homeowner handles property preparation, arrival coordination, on-site operations and guest communication after booking. A Guest Experience Manager can help facilitate requests such as grocery shopping or arranging a private chef.
