House rules
No pets and no smoking. The garden is unfenced and has an approximately two-metre drop to road level. The bathroom has a high step into the bath and a shallow step into the shower cubicle.
Getting there
The cottage is a short walk from the harbour and Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, which leads to Traeth Llyfn Beach. Access is via 17 steep steps to the front door, followed by three additional steps, with one step into the living room. The approach includes approximately two miles of winding single-track road. Parking immediately beside the property is not always possible; the village car park is less than 20 feet away. The garden is on two levels, is unfenced and has an approximately two-metre drop to road level.
