No pets. Parties, including schoolies, hens and bucks gatherings, are prohibited. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless agreed beforehand, stays are for private residential use only and may accommodate only the guests stated on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management if it changes. Treat the property respectfully. Fixed move-in days may apply during peak periods, subject to terms and conditions.
Getting there
The townhouse is arranged across three levels. Lorne Beach and Swing Bridge Cafe are a two-minute walk away; the beach is also stated as 300 meters away. Parking is limited to two garage spaces and one off-street space.
