The house

The home occupies a quiet residential street above La Jolla, with ocean views from nearly every room. Decks and balconies provide outdoor seating, a BBQ, a fire pit and dining space for 10. Inside, open living and formal dining areas have floor-to-ceiling windows and fireplaces.

The kitchen has a central island, prep sink, breakfast nook, pass-through window, wine cooler, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with cookware and small appliances. Each bedroom suite has an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. The lower-level primary suite includes a soaking tub, dual vanities, walk-in shower, ocean-view balcony, fireplace and seating area. The downstairs king suite has a writing desk and ocean-view patio. The queen/twin suite has a desk and private patio access. The entry-level suite has a private entrance through French doors and a tub/shower combination.

Air conditioning, ceiling fans, heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, Ethernet, Smart TVs in every room, a washer and dryer, linens and beach gear are available. Beach supplies include towels, chairs, an umbrella, a cooler and boogie boards; additional beach equipment rentals are available for a charge. A garden, Pack and Play and stair gates are also available. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, first-aid kit, outdoor lighting and security cameras.

La Jolla Shores beaches, local cafes and coastal trails are within walking reach. La Jolla Cove, Torrey Pines State Reserve and La Jolla Village dining and boutiques are a short drive away. A car is recommended. Free street parking is available, but the garage is currently unavailable. Long-term stays are allowed.
