The house

The home has an open-plan living room, dining area and equipped kitchen, with a gas-burning fireplace and central air conditioning. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes, wine fridge and ice maker. An upstairs lounge and office area includes a laptop-friendly workspace and printer. Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided.

The main-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, full ensuite bathroom with a shower, streaming TV and walk-in closet. Upstairs, a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two twin beds share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a shower. A second upstairs queen bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. All four bedrooms have air conditioning. A powder room is on the main floor.

Outside are a private heated outdoor saltwater pool with a surrounding fence, a fully fenced yard, covered patio, outdoor lounge area, gas grill, balcony, lounge chairs and patio furniture. Paddle boards, kayaks, bicycles and beach chairs are provided. Parking and an attached garage are available.

Ponquogue Beach, Meschutt Beach and Tiana Town Beach are nearby. Southampton is a short drive away for beaches, shops, restaurants, galleries and golf. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking through the Elite program.
