No pets. Parties, including schoolies, hens and bucks gatherings, are prohibited. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Bookings must reflect the exact number of guests; notify management if this changes. Unless previously agreed, stays are for private residential use and only for the guests stated on the booking. Forced moves in days may apply during peak periods, subject to the terms and conditions.

Lorne Beach is 900 metres away. Off-street parking accommodates two vehicles. The house has a single-storey, ground-floor layout.
