How many guests can stay?
The villa accommodates up to 4 guests, with 2 bedrooms and 2 beds. Additional guests may be possible by prior arrangement.
Does the villa have a private pool?
Yes. The villa has a private swimming pool exclusively for guest use, regularly cleaned and maintained.
Is housekeeping included?
Daily housekeeping is included for daily rentals. Monthly rentals typically include weekly housekeeping. Fresh linens, towels and toiletries are supplied and replenished regularly.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00, and check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.
What is the cancellation policy?
If cancelled or modified more than 7 days before arrival, 50% of the booking item amount is charged. If cancelled or modified less than 7 days before arrival, or in case of no-show, the full booking item amount is charged.
