The room is on the first floor of a modern building with an elevator. An entrance hallway contains a small kitchenette with an electric stove, refrigerator and sink. Kitchen equipment also includes a microwave, freezer and moka coffee maker.
The room has a queen-size bed, a small dining table and a large balcony with a coffee table. The bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and television are available, along with private parking. Other accommodations occupy the same building.
