## About the house

The top level has an open-plan great room, kitchen and dining area with panoramic ocean views, an oceanside king ensuite with a large walk-in shower and deck access, and a half bathroom. Ocean-facing decks extend across two levels.

Level 2 has a king ensuite with a large walk-in shower and deck access, a king bedroom with deck access, and a bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk sets. The latter two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub combination. This level also has a family room with a large-screen Smart TV, laundry facilities and a hot tub on the oceanfront deck.

Level 1 has a king ensuite with a standing shower and a twin ensuite with two twin beds and a shower/tub combination. A recreation room has foosball, seating and a TV, plus a kitchenette with a full refrigerator. A half bathroom serves this level. The home has five full bathrooms and two half bathrooms.

Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board are provided. Facilities include central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV, a washer and dryer, gas grill, outdoor shower, outdoor furniture and five beach chairs. The kitchen includes cookware, dishes, utensils, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, drip coffee maker and toaster. Streaming TV is marked as new for 2027.

Corolla Light’s shared oceanfront recreation complex is steps away, with two large pools, tennis courts, lighted basketball and volleyball courts, and playgrounds. Seasonal activities are available for different ages. The indoor sports center, a short drive away, offers tennis, a swimming pool and workout rooms. Community facilities also include a kiddie pool, indoor courts, horseshoes, shuffleboard, pickleball courts and a trolley. Each guest needs a wristband to use community amenities; 14 wristbands are provided.
