The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are forbidden. Pets and smoking are not allowed. A copy of every guest's identification document is required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. A damage deposit of 150.00 EUR is payable to the owner on arrival. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt.
