The condo sleeps four guests and has a king bedroom and a queen bedroom, each with an attached bathroom. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, children's place settings, a Pack 'n Play, a living room, smart TVs with cable, a desk/work area, ceiling fans, a dryer, a private entrance, a BBQ grill, grill utensils and brush, cookware, coffee makers, and a carbon monoxide detector. Basketball and pickleball equipment are provided. Terra has a shared sports pool, waterslide, lazy river and hot tub; pickleball courts are coming soon. Guests also have access to Coral Springs Resort's heated indoor and outdoor pools and spas, fitness center, clubhouse lounge, tennis courts and basketball courts. Guests receive local discounts, including Crush Golf + Grill, Jellystone Park, Tuacahn Amphitheatre, Pizza Factory, Café Sabor and ATV and bike rentals; codes arrive within 48 hours of booking. Concierge assistance can arrange golf tee times, private chefs and in-home massages.

Zion National Park is 31 miles away, Tuacahn Amphitheatre 18 miles, STG Airport 24 miles, Crush Golf + Grill 16 miles, Sand Hollow 10 miles, Red Cliffs Mall 8 miles and Jellystone Adventure Park 7 miles. Quail Creek is also nearby.
