Cliff House - El Paseo Retreat is a gated five-acre hillside estate with a 2,200-square-foot home and 180-degree views across Coachella Valley and the mountain ranges. The living room has plush furnishings, an electric fireplace and a large TV; floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors connect it with outdoor spaces. A gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counters, a bar and a dining table. There are two king bedrooms and two bathrooms, each with a toilet and shower according to the native room record. A covered veranda, secluded dining patio with gas grill, lawn, hedges, landscaped yard, loungers, pool and spa provide outdoor spaces. Linens, towels, shampoo, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum, washer and dryer are provided.
