House rules
The minimum age to rent the property is 25. No smoking, pets or parties. Suitable for children and infants. After booking confirmation, guests must complete a pre-check-in form confirming identity and booking details and provide an official photographic identification document.
Getting there
The apartment is on the fifth floor and has lift access. Renovation work is taking place in the common areas, particularly the courtyard. Scaffolding includes a platform with stairs that guests must cross. The TV is currently not working.
