Level 1 has three ensuite bedrooms, a half bathroom, a den with a wet bar, microwave and full-size refrigerator accessible to the pool area, a theater room seating 15, and a laundry with two washers and two dryers. Level 2 has four ensuite bedrooms, a half bathroom, and a recreation room with a sports bar, pool table, 12-foot shuffleboard and classic arcade game table. Level 3 has an oceanside king ensuite, a half bathroom, a great room with a gas fireplace, a kitchen with a six-burner gas cooktop and three dining areas. A ship's watch occupies Level 3.5. Outside are a private 14-by-35 gunite pool, hot tub, patio, outdoor dining area, poolside cabana, gas grill and outdoor shower. A shared walkway with the neighboring home leads to the beach. Community facilities include an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, tennis, basketball and pickleball courts, a playground, parking and beach access. The kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, drip and pod coffee makers, and a designated coffee bar. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board, outdoor furniture and five beach chairs are provided. Entertainment includes cable and streaming TV.
