The apartment is on the third floor of a building without an elevator. An entrance lobby leads to an internal staircase and an upper sleeping area with two single beds and a small window offering a partial village view. One queen-size bedroom has a Portofino view, a closet and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and toilet. Another queen-size bedroom beside the kitchen has a closet. The living room contains a double sofa bed, a closet and a television.

There are two bathrooms, including a large bathroom with a bathtub and shower stall, plus a laundry room with a washing machine and toilet. The open kitchen has a dining table, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, moka coffee maker and juicer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, an iron and a hairdryer are available.

The apartment is a 50-metre walk from the small square, above a bus stop and opposite the village's only parking lot. Genoa airport is about a 50-minute drive away. Paraggi is an easily accessible beach, and San Fruttuoso can be reached by a short boat ride. Nearby sightseeing includes Brown Castle, Punta del Capo Lighthouse, St. George's Church and the open-air Park Museum behind the marina.

Building renovations and the busy street with its bus stop may cause daytime noise. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, according to local regulations.
