House rules
No smoking, pets, parties or events. All guests checking in must submit a passport or valid ID, as required by Dubai's Economy and Tourism Department (DET). A security deposit of 2000 د.إ is collected on arrival and returned 7–14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection. Cancellation is free until 14 days before arrival; cancellation within 14 days of arrival incurs the total reservation price.
Getting there
Dubai beaches are 10–15 minutes away by taxi or car.
