No pets, smoking, parties or events are allowed. Suitable for children aged 2–12; not suitable for infants under 2. A mandatory 5% Edinburgh Visitor Levy applies to all stays from 24 July 2026 onwards and is included in the total booking price and collected automatically.
Getting there
The compact mezzanine bedroom has lower ceilings and is best suited to children or teenagers. Morningside is a five-minute walk away; the University and city centre are a 10–15-minute walk across the Meadows. The city centre is also a five-minute bus ride away, with frequent services.
