## About the house

The three-level home sleeps up to 17 guests and has eight bathrooms: six full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. The top floor has an ocean-view great room, a furnished living area, a fully equipped kitchen, two dining areas and barstool seating. A wrap-around deck and screened porch provide outdoor living space. The top-floor king bedroom has a private bathroom with a standing shower and deck access; a separate half bathroom is also on this level.

The middle level has a sitting room and four ensuite bedrooms: two kings and one queen with standing showers and deck access, plus a twin bedroom with a shower/tub combination. The ground level has a bedroom with a double-over-double bunk set and trundle, a bedroom with two twin beds, a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination, and a half bathroom. Its game room has foosball and a kitchenette.

Outdoor facilities include a private outdoor pool, hot tub, private beach walkway with steps, covered dune-top gazebo, dune deck, outdoor shower, basketball hoop, and gas and charcoal grills. Five beach chairs are provided. The pool is listed as 12 × 30 and opens April 25–October 10, 2026, and April 24–October 8, 2027.

Central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV, a washer and dryer, bath towels, bed linens, pillows and blankets, and an iron and ironing board are provided. Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, microwave, blender, drip coffee maker, toaster, dishes, utensils and cookware. Parking accommodates five vehicles. Pets and smoking are not permitted.
