The home accommodates up to 13 guests in five bedrooms, with three full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Level 1 contains the laundry. Level 2 has a king ensuite with a shower/tub combination, another king bedroom with access to the lower deck, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a bedroom with a double/twin duo bunk and a twin/twin bunk. A separate full bathroom on this level has a shower/tub combination. Level 3 has a king ensuite with a standing shower, a half bathroom, and the great room, kitchen and dining area. A new walk-in shower in the Level 3 ensuite is included in the 2026 updates; recent improvements also include a third-level deck.

Facilities include a hot tub, outdoor shower, charcoal grill, basketball hoop, picnic table, outdoor furniture and five beach chairs. Community amenities include tennis courts, pickleball courts and beach access. K Club Golf and the Welcome Program are also available.

The kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and drip and pod coffee makers. The home has central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, multiple smart TVs, cable and streaming TV, municipal water, an iron and ironing board, and a washer and dryer. Pillows and blankets are provided, but bed and bath linens are not. Parking accommodates six vehicles, and entry is keyless.
