House rules
No smoking, pets, parties or events. Quiet hours are 22:00–06:00. The apartment is not suitable for children aged 2–12 or infants under 2. For bookings longer than seven nights, a mandatory mid-stay clean is scheduled every seven nights, on Day 8, Day 15 and so on. Each clean includes fresh linen, light cleaning and trash removal and costs R560, separate from the standard cleaning fee. Payment is required in advance through Airbnb’s Resolution Centre and must be settled before check-in.
Getting there
The Lower Kloof MyCiTi bus stop is a 200 m walk away. Many attractions, restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Nearby construction takes place Monday–Saturday, 06:00–18:00; evenings are quiet. Scheduled power outages may occur; the EskomSePush app provides schedules.
