This bright, modern apartment offers a private balcony with city views, a full kitchen and a private entrance. Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment. The home is single-level and has one bed and one bathroom. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee maker, cookware, dishes, silverware and a kettle. Hot water, room-darkening shades and a smoke detector are provided.

Gardens lies beneath Table Mountain and Lion’s Head, with leafy streets, cafes and access to Cape Town’s cultural attractions. Local restaurants and MyCiTi bus stops are close by. The Lower Kloof bus stop is a 200 m walk away, and many attractions, restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Uber and Bolt services are available.

Nearby construction takes place Monday–Saturday, 06:00–18:00; evenings are quiet. Scheduled power outages may affect the area. For stays longer than seven nights, a mandatory cleaning service is scheduled every seven nights and includes fresh linen, light cleaning and trash removal.

For bookings longer than seven nights, a mandatory mid-stay clean is scheduled every seven nights, on Day 8, Day 15 and so on. Each clean includes fresh linen, light cleaning and trash removal and costs R560, separate from the standard cleaning fee. Payment is required in advance through Airbnb’s Resolution Centre and must be settled before check-in.
