The apartment has floor-to-ceiling windows and an open-plan living and dining area with generous seating, air conditioning and city and ocean views. Three balconies extend the living space outdoors, with seating, sun loungers, a BBQ and outdoor dining.
The modern kitchen is equipped for everyday cooking and includes a microwave and coffee maker. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, an ensuite and floor-to-ceiling glass overlooking the coast. Each of the other two bedrooms has a queen bed and direct balcony access. The main bathroom has a bath and walk-in shower.
