House rules
There is no front desk, and staff may not be present on arrival. Guests need payment confirmation and a personal key code before arrival to enter the building and guest room. The code is sent by text to the number provided at booking before noon on arrival day; same-day booking codes are sent as soon as possible. The four-digit code must be followed by the pound sign (#).
