House rules
Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. No parties, antisocial behaviour or smoking. Additional people may not access the property without prior approval. Pets require approval and incur an additional $200 cleaning fee. Do not wear shoes indoors, and report any breakages. A breach of house rules may result in a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction without refund. Mandatory ID verification through a secure Stripe ID link must be completed before check-in details are released. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after check-out. Long-term stays are allowed. Children aged 2–12 are welcome. Free cancellation is offered up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to conditions.
Getting there
Fortitude Valley Train Station is a short walk away, with direct routes to Brisbane CBD, South Bank and the airport. Local bus stops serve surrounding suburbs. Brisbane Airport is approximately a 15-minute drive away; Brisbane CBD is approximately five minutes away by car or train.
