The bedroom has a queen bed and blackout blinds. Ducted heating and cooling run throughout the apartment. The private furnished balcony has city views. Pets require approval and incur an additional $200 cleaning fee. Do not wear shoes indoors, and report any breakages. A breach of house rules may result in a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction without refund. Mandatory ID verification through a secure Stripe ID link must be completed before check-in details are released. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after check-out. Long-term stays are allowed. Children aged 2–12 are welcome. Free cancellation is offered up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to conditions.
