House rules
Children and infants are welcome. Pets, parties and smoking are not allowed. Evidence of smoking may incur a minimum €200 EUR smoking fee. For stays longer than 30 nights, a utilities fair-use policy applies with a limit of 80€ included. Extra keys, when available, lost keys or door-opening service during the stay cost 20€. Extra cleaning with linen costs the equivalent of a cleaning fee. Extra towels and sheets for two people cost 30€ when not included for a sofa bed. Free cancellation is available up to five days before check-in.
Getting there
The beach is approximately a 25-minute walk away. Porto city centre is a short walk away. The home is on the ground floor.
