Guests have access to the entire home, including a sunny garden, terrace and living area with a sofa. Each of the three bedrooms has a double bed with hotel-quality linens. Bathroom 1 has a toilet; Bathroom 2 has a toilet and shower.

The kitchen includes a stove, fridge, microwave and coffee machine, and a dishwasher is provided. Amenities include air conditioning, a laptop-friendly workspace, a hair dryer and free Wi-Fi throughout the home. Towels, bed linen and initial supplies of toiletries and household essentials are provided. Free street parking is available.

Porto city centre is a short walk away, and the beach is approximately a 25-minute walk away. Restaurants, surf classes and bicycle rentals are available by the beach.

For stays longer than 30 nights, a utilities fair-use policy applies with a limit of 80€ included. Extra keys, when available, lost keys or door-opening service during the stay cost 20€. Extra cleaning with linen costs the equivalent of a cleaning fee. Extra towels and sheets for two people cost 30€ when not included for a sofa bed. Free cancellation is available up to five days before check-in.
