Cimarron Lodge 20 has an updated open-plan living, kitchen and dining space. The living room includes multiple seating options, a flatscreen TV and DVD player. The full kitchen has two breakfast-bar seats, a toaster, coffeemaker, microwave, oven/stove and cooking equipment. The dining area seats three.

The rear bedroom has a queen bed with a wood headboard and views of the San Miguel River. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination and a large single vanity. Linens, towels, pillows and comforters are provided. Heating, a hair dryer and travel-sized toiletries are available; the home has no air conditioning.

Shared complex facilities include two outdoor hot tubs, gas grills and a laundry room. A private ski locker is available. The underground garage offers one parking spot on a first-come, first-served basis. Ski-in/ski-out access is available when the adjacent Lift #7 is open.

A travel crib and high chair are available upon request. Guests have access to a 24/7 guest experience line and a dedicated hospitality manager.

Summer construction occurs around town, with working hours of 8 am–7 pm.

The booking guest must be at least 21. Pets are not permitted; unauthorized pets may incur a fine. This is a smoke-free home. Smoking violations incur a $500 additional-cleaning and related-cost fee, plus responsibility for smoking damage beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels down; noise violations may incur fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. Bookings over 28 days require a security deposit charged after booking.
