House rules
Maximum occupancy is nine people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Up to two dogs require final approval from InvitedHome; notify the team when booking and submit animal details by text message or email. Approved pets incur non-refundable cleaning fees of $150 per animal and rental fees of $50 per night per animal, added after approval. A credit-card preauthorization of $2,100.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear to the home is prohibited. Shipping to the local team address is available on request for $50 per package and $75 for larger items. Reservations require an electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions for confirmation. For stays exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and payment. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable and require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team. Early check-in or late checkout requires authorization by text message from a Telluride InvitedHome team member and depends on availability.
Getting there
Ski-in/ski-out with direct lift access is subject to snow conditions, weather and resort operations. Town is within walking distance, and the property is on a bus route. Parking is limited to one car in the garage under the building.
