The house

Spacious and bright open space tastefully renovated and furnished in a modern style. It is located on the second floor, without elevator, of a building between the cape market and the maximum theater.

The house consists of a living area with American-style kitchen, fully equipped with oven and microwave, and furnished with table, sofa and TV. You then enter the room with a queen size bed and an open closet and ensuite bathroom with a large shower. There are two balconies that can be accessed from the living room and the bedroom.

Comforts such as air conditioning, heating and espresso machine are available to guests.

*Palermo is a vibrant and ever-changing city. Its historic center pulses with life day and night and is undergoing an urban redevelopment project. It is possible to hear noises due to the presence of construction sites, but also of clubs and meeting points for tourists and residents.

*The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.

*At arrival or a few days before arrival you may be required to pay a tourist tax, the amount of which varies according to local regulations. You will find all information regarding your reservation within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.

Palermo, among the most beautiful art cities in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers the wonder of UNESCO heritage sites that can be visited in the city's four historic districts. In this regard, tourists can take part in the “Baroque itinerary of Palermo” to visit the main monuments of the city, such as: the Church of the Holy Savior, Church Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to take part in the “Tour of Palermo's Historic Markets,” which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo, where lunch or snack it may be, at the Palermo market, dishes are to be “strictly” tasted with the sole help of the hands!
