## About the house

The villa combines stone, glass and warm wood finishes, with skylights, floor-to-ceiling windows and water views from nearly every room. The great room has a soaring glass ceiling and stone fireplaces; a media lounge and home theatre provide additional gathering spaces.

The kitchen includes Sub-Zero and Bosch appliances, granite counters, custom cabinetry, a central island, beverage drawers and a wine fridge. Cooking equipment includes an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, mixer, food processor, espresso machine and coffee grinder. A barbecue is also available.

The primary suite has a king bed, ensuite bathroom, ocean views and access to outdoor seating. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed and full bathroom. The boathouse suite has a queen bed, full bathroom and kitchenette. A full sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space in the theatre room. Bedding includes Helix mattresses, 550-thread-count BCI cotton sheets, duvets and quilts; bath amenities and robes are provided.

Tiered stone patios include fire-pit seating, lounge terraces and a covered dining terrace seating ten. The private deep-water dock provides direct water access, and kayaks, stand-up paddleboards and life jackets are included. Other facilities include a washer, dryer, garage parking, heating, televisions, a speaker system and smart-lock entry. Security cameras are among the safety features.

The home and outdoor terraces are multi-level.

Children are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. Stays longer than 10 days require a mid-stay clean at additional cost.
