## About the house

The villa accommodates up to six guests and combines stone, glass and wood finishes with skylights, floor-to-ceiling windows and expansive terraces. The great room has a glass ceiling and stone fireplace, with separate media and theatre spaces. The kitchen includes Sub-Zero and Bosch appliances, granite countertops, custom cabinetry, a central island, beverage drawers and a wine fridge, plus cooking equipment, an espresso machine and a dishwasher.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, ocean views and direct access to outdoor seating. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and an adjacent full bathroom. A full sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space in the theatre room. Helix mattresses, 550-thread-count BCI cotton sheets, duvets, quilts, bath amenities and robes are provided.

Tiered stone patios include fire-pit seating, lounge terraces and a covered outdoor dining area with seating for ten. The private deep-water dock provides direct access to Puget Sound for boating and paddling; kayaks, stand-up paddleboards and life jackets are included. The home also has Starlink Wi-Fi with CenturyLink backup, laundry facilities, garage parking, heating, a barbecue, smart TV, speaker system and printer/scanner/fax. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit; security cameras and outdoor lighting are present.

A car is necessary. Chuckanut Mountain trailheads, Bow–Edison cafés, Bellingham airport, local markets, Fairhaven Historic District and Larrabee State Park are a short drive away. The boathouse is excluded from this reservation; an alternate offering includes it. Stays longer than ten days require a mid-stay clean at additional cost.

The boathouse is not included in this reservation and use is subject to a fee; an alternate Chuckanut Point Villa offering includes the boathouse and additional sleeping accommodation. Self check-in and checkout are available, with smart-lock entry.
