House rules
Strictly no parties, including schoolies, hens and bucks events. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless previously agreed, stays are for private residential use only and must accommodate only the number of guests on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management of any changes. Treat the property respectfully and follow the house rules. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods. Pets are not permitted unless Pets Welcome is advertised.
Getting there
The home is close to the river mouth and beach. It is a two-storey townhouse with a downstairs rumpus room. On-site parking accommodates two cars. Linen must be brought or hired.
