The house

The townhouse has an open-plan living and dining area with sofas, a TV and a modern kitchen centred on a breakfast bar. Kitchen facilities include a microwave, coffee maker, cooking utensils and modern appliances. The living area opens to a private garden with a grassy backyard, alfresco dining and a Weber BBQ. Books and toys are available for children.

Both bedrooms have side tables, reading lights and ceiling fans. The primary bedroom has a private ensuite, while the main bathroom serves the second bedroom and has a combined bathtub and shower. There is also a separate third toilet. Central air-conditioning and heating serve the home throughout.

An internal laundry provides a washing machine and dryer. Parking accommodates two cars: one in the garage and one on the driveway. Free street parking is also available. Beach Road offers cafes, restaurants and shopping on the route to Christies Beach, and Woolworths is a five-minute walk away.
